Coffee lover, songwriter, musician and entrepreneur, Chris Priestley founded the Atomic Cafe at number 121 Ponsonby Road in 1992. It was the hub in Ponsonby, combining all of Chris' loves: music, coffee and good company.
Chris sold the Atomic Roasters and changed the name to one2one, using Miller's coffee as he did at one of his first ventures, Kerouac's in Vulcan Lane, 1989.
He then sold it in 2009 and moved onto other adventures, but couldn't stay away and bought it back in November 2016, along with Claire Robertson, Kathy McDonald & Nigel Robertson.
Together they have restored it to its former glory, with craft beer on tap, Miller's coffee, fabulous food and great music. We love to keep it local and support many local New Zealand businesses including: Hakanoa handmade, Karma Cola, Miller's Coffee, Liberty brewery, Duck Island ice cream and so many more!
